Your journey from the airport terminal will be validated by providing valid proof of your accommodation reservation to the driver or by a ticket purchased from the Yellow Bus ticket machine. Please ensure you have your ticket/s or proof of accommodation reservation available for the driver when you board.

If you are providing a ticket, please ensure you have this available for validation by the driver.
If you are providing proof of accommodation reservation, the driver will issue you a ticket which will be validated by the hotel upon arrival.

The Yellow Bus picks up from Bus Stop C (shared bus stop).
Please check the Fares https://www.yellowbus.co.nz/yellow-bus/fares and purchase tickets as required. Tickets can be purchased from either the Yellow Bus Ticket Machines located at the bus stop or online at https://www.yellowbus.co.nz/book-my-ticket. Present your ticket to the driver upon boarding. The driver will scan your ticket and return it to you. Tickets are printed with a GST number and can be used as a receipt for tax purposes.
Auckland International Airport

We provide an airport transfer bus between Auckland Airport (both International and Domestic Terminals) and selected hotels.
The Yellow Bus picks up and drops off at Bus Stop E. Outside Door 8, by the pedestrian crossing to the Novotel. Please note this is a shared bus stop with Park & Ride and Car Park D&E buses.
***Update from Wednesday 3rd April 2024 02:00am: The Yellow Bus pickup location at the International Terminal will move to the new Transport Hub - follow signs for "Hotel Shuttle". Exit out of Door 4, across pedestrian crossing into the hub. First row - bus stop "D".***
